I'm forsøger at få tweets ved hjælp twitter4j bibliotek til mit java-projekt. På min første kørsel fik jeg en fejl om certifikat sun.security.validator.ValidatorException
og sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException
. Derefter tilføjede jeg twitter certifikat ved:

Efter mange timer forsøger at bygge cert filer til at få min Java 6 installation arbejder med den nye twitter cert's, Jeg endelig snublede på en utrolig enkel løsning begravet i en kommentar i en af de opslagstavler. Du skal blot kopiere cacerts-filen fra en Java 7-installation og overskrive den i din Java 6-installation. Det er nok bedst at lave en backup af cacerts-filen først, men så kopierer du bare den nye ind og BOOM! så virker det bare.
Bemærk, at jeg faktisk kopierede en Windows cacerts-fil til en Linux-installation, og det virkede fint.
Filen ligger i jre/lib/security/cacerts
i både den gamle og den nye Java jdk-installation.
Håber dette sparer en anden for mange timers ærgrelse.
Jeg er stødt på dette problem, som det tog mange timers research at løse, specielt med automatisk genererede certifikater, som i modsætning til officielle certifikater er ret vanskelige, og Java bryder sig ikke så meget om dem.

I bund og grund skal du tilføje certifikatet fra serveren til Java Home certs.
InstallCert
og udfør den, mens serveren kører, og angiv følgende argumenter server[:port]
. Der er ikke brug for nogen adgangskode, da den oprindelige adgangskode virker for Java-certifikater ("changeit").jssecerts
