Actualice su módulo pyopenssl
:
$ sudo pip install -U pyopenssl
He experimentado el mismo problema recientemente y después de unas horas de investigación, me enteré de que fue causada por la nueva actualización de criptografía 2.0. Esta actualización romperá muchos paquetes que utilizan pyopenssl (como Sentry, Google Analytics y etc). Simplemente bajarlo a 1.9 solucionará el problema.
Tenga cuidado si utiliza "pip install -U", ya que actualizará automáticamente los paquetes que no estén listados en requirements.txt.
